About the staff……..
Pam Quinn, MA, LMFT, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist has been working with children, families and individuals for over 10 years and is a Qualified Neutral under Minnesota Law Rule 114. Pam completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology at Gustavus Adolphus College in Saint Peter, Minnesota.
She did her graduate work at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. She specializes in Custody Evaluations, Parenting Time Expediting, Mediation, Parenting Consulting and various types of conflict resolution. Pam was the sole Custody Evaluator and Parenting Time Expeditor for Sherburne County until she came to HSI.
Her philosophy is that working in the best psychological interests of children is always in the best interest of the family, even when it becomes a bi-nuclear family. Pam approaches conflict resolution with validation, compassion and professional insight.
Fran Osteen Stawarz, Ph.D., received her doctoral degree in psychology from Florida State University. She has been in practice as a licensed psychologist for almost 20 years, and has been employed by HSI since 1999.
Her work focuses on clients with Borderline Personality Disorder and other emotion regulation difficulties, and includes providing individual and group therapy, performing psychological evaluations for family court, and supervision of pre-doctoral interns and other unlicensed staff.
